GUIDELINES FOR PRELIMINARY ROUND REGISTRATION

Please read the following instructions carefully and prepare all necessary information before proceeding with your registration.

STEP 1. FILL IN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Participants are required to provide complete and accurate information as requested on the registration system, including:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• University/College
• Year of Study
• Major
• Citizen Identification Number (CCCD)
• Student ID Number
• Referral Code (if any)

Note: Please carefully review all information before submitting your registration, especially your Email Address, Phone Number, CCCD, and Student ID Number. These details will be used to confirm your registration status and contact you throughout the competition.

STEP 2. COMPLETE THE COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS

Participants are required to complete all requirements specified in the “Proof of Completion (Like/share the post, Follow Fanpage, Transfer the registration fee here)” section.

• Like and Share the “Registration Opening” post with the following hashtags:

• Complete the registration fee payment according to the provided instructions.
• Upload the required proof of completion to the corresponding section on the registration system.

Note: The proof must be clear, complete, and meet all requirements specified by the Organizing Committee. Participants are advised to carefully check the uploaded file before submitting the registration form.

STEP 3. REVIEW YOUR INFORMATION AND SUBMIT

• Before clicking “Submit”, please carefully review all information and make sure that:
• All required fields (*) have been completed.
• All personal information is accurate.
• The required proof has been successfully uploaded.
• All competition requirements have been completed.
• Afterward, enter the answer to the calculation in the “Security Code” section and click “Submit Registration.”

STEP 4. REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

After successfully submitting the registration form, please check the email address provided during registration for a confirmation email from the Organizing Committee after 2-3 days.

In case your registration information or proof is invalid, the Organizing Committee will contact you via email and provide further instructions for supplementation or correction in accordance with the competition regulations.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

• Each participant is allowed to take the Preliminary Round up to 03 times, corresponding to a maximum of 03 registration attempts on the system.
• Each participant must use one consistent and accurate set of personal information throughout the competition.
• Do not use another person's information or provide false/inaccurate information.
• Unclear, incomplete, invalid, or non-compliant proof may result in your registration not being confirmed.
• Participants are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during registration.
• Please regularly check your email and the Organizing Committee's official communication channels to stay updated and avoid missing important announcements.
